[目的]分析2006年深圳市禽、畜肉的卫生状况,提出改善措施。[方法]对深圳市销售的禽、畜肉食品开展30个项次的检测,并对其合格情况以及主要不合格项目进行统计分析。[结果]2006年禽、畜肉类食品主要不合格项目为微生物和重金属超标。[结论]深圳市禽、畜肉食品的卫生状况仍存在问题,应加大监督监测力度。
[Objective] To analyze the sanitary status of poultry and meat in Shenzhen in 2006 and put forward the improvement measures. [Method] Carrying on the test of 30 items of poultry and meat products sold in Shenzhen and making statistical analysis on their qualification and major unqualified items. [Result] In 2006, the main unqualified items of poultry and livestock meat products were the excessive microorganisms and heavy metals. [Conclusion] The health status of poultry and meat products in Shenzhen still has some problems, and supervision and monitoring should be strengthened.
