企业核心能力理论是当今管理学、经济学交叉融合的最新理论成果之一,日益受到企业管理理论界与实践界的关注。本文以系统观中的知识系统观为基础,对其划分的核心能力层次系统模型进行重新界定,演绎出改进的知识系统观。在此基础上,结合我国企业的实际情况,构建了企业核心能力评价指标体系。并运用模糊数学的方法,给出了对核心能力进行二级模糊综合评价的基本模型和思路。
Enterprise’s core competence theory is one of the latest theoretical achievements of management and economics at present, which is paid more and more attention by the theory and practice of business management. Based on the concept of knowledge system in system view, this paper redefines the system model of its divided core competence and deduces an improved view of knowledge system. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of enterprises in our country, we constructed the evaluation index system of enterprise’s core competence. By using the method of fuzzy mathematics, the basic model and train of thought of second-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of core competence are given.
