中小学教师行动研究在我国逐渐兴起,如火如荼的开展着。取得一定成效的同时问题也是不断出现。一线教师的观念上存在一定的偏差,主要有:校本科研盲目求新求异;科研等同于课题;科研等同于论文等。其原因可以分为:外部支持缺乏必要的政策支持和激励机制、教师进行行动研究缺乏足够的自主意识和内在需求、有关行动研究的理论储备不足、行动研究的实际操作缺乏正确的指导和培养等。
The research on primary and secondary school teachers’ action gradually started to emerge in our country. At the same time, some problems have arisen. The concept of front-line teachers there are some deviations, mainly: school-based research blindly seeking new differences; research is equivalent to the subject; research equivalent to the essay. The reasons can be divided into: lack of external support for the necessary policy support and incentives, lack of autonomy and internal demand for teachers to conduct action research, lack of theoretical reserves for action research, lack of proper guidance and training in the practical operation of action research .
