在高温高盐油藏,地层水矿化度高,常规调剖剂适应性差、有效期短,调剖堵水存在一定的难度。为此,研究了适用于高盐油藏的新型调剖剂,其作用机理是让调剖剂在地层一定部位发生有效的作用,其主剂为硅酸钠溶液,以油包水乳状液的形式注入地层,破乳后与地层水中的钙镁离子发生化学反应,在地层中产生化学沉淀,封堵高渗透层。在室内开展了调剖剂稳定性、流变性和封堵性实验,结果表明,由乳液型调剖剂组成的调剖体系具有封堵时间可控、封堵率高达98.5%、堵水有效期长的特点,在水驱10倍孔隙体积时,渗透率保持不变,调剖剂优先进入高渗透层且对其封堵效果好,因此,该体系可用于高矿化度油藏调剖,封堵高渗透条带,起到降水增油的作用。
In the high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs, the formation water has high salinity, poor adaptability of conventional profile control agents, short effective period, and there is a certain degree of difficulty in profile control and water shutoff. The stability, rheology and plugging experiment of profile control agent were carried out indoors. The results showed that the profile control system composed of emulsion profile control agent has the controllable plugging time, plugging rate as high as 98.5% and long water blocking period , The permeability remains unchanged and the profile control agent preferentially enters the high permeable layer and has a good blocking effect. Therefore, the system can be used for profile control of high salinity reservoirs, sealing Block high permeability of the strip, play a role in precipitation by oil.
