本文对15例正常人的30只眼和15例糖尿病30只眼以及青光眼30只眼的视网膜中央动脉(CRA),睫状后动脉(PCA)和眼动脉(OA)进行了彩色多普勒检查。应用彩色多普勒分别测量了它们的搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)。结果表明;糖尿病组的PI和RI测值均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而青光眼组与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.01)。另外,眼底镜检查糖尿病眼未见有血管改变的,PI和RI也明显增加,说明CDFI检查血流动力学改变早于眼底镜检查的血管改变。这个结果揭示应用CDFI检查眼部血管是一个既可靠又准确,且能早期观察糖尿病微血管病变的有效方法。
Color Doppler echocardiography was performed on central retinal artery (CRA), posterior ciliary artery (PCA) and ophthalmic artery (OA) in 30 eyes of 15 normal subjects, 30 diabetic eyes and 30 eyes of glaucoma. . Their pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) were measured by color Doppler. The results showed that the PI and RI values in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference between glaucoma group and control group (P> 0.01). In addition, ophthalmoscopy in diabetic eyes showed no vascular changes, PI and RI also significantly increased, indicating that hemodynamic changes in CDFI examination vascular changes earlier than ophthalmoscopy. This result reveals that the application of CDFI to examine the ocular blood vessels is a reliable and accurate method for early observation of diabetic microangiopathy.
