非智力因素虽不直接参与学生学习过程,但它对学生的学习态度、学习效率有着很大的影响。具备良好的非智力因素能促使他们在学习过程中克服各种不利因素,充分发挥自己的潜能去刻苦学习、勤奋钻研,有效地提高学习效率。本文从培养学生具备良好的学习动机、意志品质、学习兴趣、情感态度等几方面论述了对学生非常智力因素的培养。
Although non-intelligence factors are not directly involved in the process of student learning, but it has a great impact on student learning attitude and learning efficiency. Having good non-intelligence factors can make them overcome various unfavorable factors in the learning process and give full play to their potential to study hard and study diligently to effectively improve their learning efficiency. This article discusses the cultivation of students ’very intellectual factors from several aspects such as cultivating students’ motivation to learn, motive quality, interest in learning and attitude toward emotion.
