随着我国经济社会的不断发展,我国的企业管理也较传统的企业管理发生了很大的变化。对于当今企业来说,加强企业创新管理机制的建立已经成为当务之急。企业管理创新是促进企业发展的重要措施。当前我国企业在管理中还存在一些问题,这些问题的解决依赖于创新机制的建立。本文主要对我国企业管理存在的问题及创新办法进行探讨,希望对我国企业管理未来的发展有所帮助。
With the constant development of economy and society in our country, our country’s enterprise management has changed a lot compared with the traditional enterprise management. For today’s enterprises, strengthening the establishment of enterprise innovation management mechanism has become a top priority. Enterprise management innovation is to promote the development of enterprises an important measure. At present, there are still some problems in the management of our country’s enterprises. The solution of these problems depends on the establishment of the innovation mechanism. This article mainly discusses the existing problems and innovation methods of our country’s enterprise management, hoping to help the future development of our country’s enterprise management.
