As the time is changing, the name of Qiqihar painter Li Qi Mao is well-known in Taiwan and also enjoys its name in the art circles across the Taiwan Strait. However, one of the reasons for Li Qimao’s visit is actually the fortune of the times. Li Qimao formerly known as Li Yuntai, born in 1925 in Bozhou City, Anhui Guoyang County Lijiazhuang. In 1941, 16-year-old Li Yuntai and his friends traveled to Shanghai.
