为贯彻落实国家科委、国家新闻出版署联合发布施行的《科学技术期刊管理办法》,努力提高河南省科技期刊的质量,更有效地促进科技进步,服务经济建设。河南省科委决定于1991年12月至1992年元月由河南省科技期刊管理办公室组织开展全省首次科技期刊质量考核和优秀科技期刊评选工作。此次共评选出河南省优秀科技期刊15种。3月3日在郑州市举行了隆重的授奖大会,由河南省科委副主任齐协山同志向获奖期刊颂发了奖状和证书。
In order to implement the Measures for the Administration of Scientific and Technological Periodicals jointly implemented by the State Science and Technology Commission and the State Press and Publication Administration, and strive to improve the quality of periodicals in science and technology in Henan Province, promote the progress of science and technology and serve the economic construction more effectively. Henan Science and Technology Commission decided in December 1991 to January 1992 by the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Journals Management Office organized the province’s first scientific and technological journals quality assessment and selection of outstanding scientific and technical journals. The total selection of 15 outstanding scientific and technological journals in Henan Province. On March 3, a grand awarding ceremony was held in Zhengzhou City. Comrade Qi Qiaoshan, deputy director of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Commission, issued a certificate of award and certificate to the winning journals.
