水利枢纽工程中水工钢闸门的制造、安装质量对工程的整体质量有着很大程度上的影响,而在钢闸门的制造和安装中,焊接质量又是其主要的影响因素,因此探究水利工程中钢闸门制造与安装的焊接质量控制措施具有重要的意义。文章以江西省萍乡市山口岩水利枢纽工程为背景,从建立焊接质量控制体系,加强对焊工培训和管理、焊接工艺管理方面阐述了加强焊接质量控制的具体措施,最后结合文章背景工程实例分析了在实际施工现场中焊接施工的技术要求。
The quality of the construction and installation of hydraulic steel gate in the water project has a great impact on the overall quality of the project.
