小型轮式翻斗车在国内土建施工中应用广泛,但由于振动特性不良而影响机械的使用。本文认为,路面不平度引起的座椅垂直振动是影响驾驶舒适性的主要原因,本文以此为出发点,建立了翻斗车振动模型,对其进行振动特性分析,提出座椅和车桥悬架参数优化方法,探讨了两种改进方案。本文用加速度均方根值作为评价指标,与国际标准ISO 2631提出的“疲劳——降低效率界限”进行比较,使评价数值化,很能说明问题。
Small wheel dump trucks are widely used in civil construction in China, but they affect the use of machinery due to poor vibration characteristics. This article thinks that the vertical vibration of the seat caused by the road surface roughness is the main reason that affects the driving comfort. This article takes this as the starting point, establishes the dump truck vibration model, analyzes its vibration characteristics, and proposes the parameters of the seat and axle suspension. The optimization method explores two improvements. This article uses the acceleration rms value as the evaluation index, and compares it with the “fatigue-reduction efficiency limit” proposed by the international standard ISO 2631, so that the numerical evaluation can explain the problem.
