目的:考察凹凸棒石对三七及复方丹参滴丸水煎提取液中有效成分人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1的吸附影响和对无效成分的吸附澄清作用。方法:以浸出总固体物量和人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定有效成分人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1的含量,分别考察普通酸化凹凸棒石对三七和复方丹参滴丸水煎提取液的吸附澄清作用。结果:普通凹凸棒石对三七及复方丹参滴丸水煎提取液中浸出总固体物量无明显改善,对人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1的含量略有影响;酸化凹凸棒石使三七及复方丹参滴丸水煎液中浸出总固体物量明显减少,对人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1的含量影响较小。结论:酸化凹凸棒石可作为三七药材和复方丹参滴丸水煎提取液的吸附澄清剂。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of attapulgite on the adsorption of ginsenosides Rb1, Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 in Panax notoginseng and the compound Danshen Diwan decoction extract and the adsorption and clarification of ineffective components. Methods: The contents of ginsenoside Rb1, Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 were determined by HPLC with the total amount of solid leaching and ginsenoside Rb1, Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 as indexes. Adsorption and Clarification of Stone on Panax Notoginseng and Decoction of Salvia Miltiorrhiza. RESULTS: The average attapulgite had no significant improvement on the total solid content of Panax notoginseng and Danshen Diwan decoction extract, but slightly affected the contents of ginsenoside Rb1, Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1. Seven and compound Danshen dripping decoction decoction significantly reduced the total solids, ginsenosides Rb1, Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 content less affected. Conclusion: Acidified attapulgite can be used as adsorption clarification agent of Radix Notoginseng medicinal herbs and compound Danshen Diwan decoction extract.
