引言有一座50年代建造的工业厂房,施工时正值冬季,由于措施不当,建成不久即发现混凝土沿保护层开裂,钢筋严重锈蚀。为了不影响使用安全,只好进行加固,加固的费用比原造价还高。受过冻的混凝土从外观上不易觉察,但其内在质量已经大幅度降低。凡此种种由于冬季施工而造成的质量事故至今仍有发生,使国家和企业蒙受经济损失。因此怎样做好混凝土冬季施工,是寒冷地区建筑职工必须掌握的技术知识。
Introduction An industrial factory built in the 1950s was constructed during the winter season. Due to improper measures, soon after the completion of construction, the concrete cracked along the protective layer and the steel bars were heavily rusted. In order not to affect the use of security, it had to be reinforced, and the cost of reinforcement was higher than the original cost. The frozen concrete is not easily visible from the outside, but its internal quality has been greatly reduced. All these quality accidents caused by construction in winter still occur today, causing economic losses to the country and enterprises. Therefore, how to do a good job of concrete construction in winter is a technical knowledge that construction workers in cold regions must master.
