基于多体动力学仿真软件Recurdyn子系统的高机动性履带包Track(HM),建立了某型履带车辆行走系统的虚拟样机模型,并对其高速行驶在高低不平的复杂路面工况进行动力学仿真,根据运动过程中履带及支重轮的横向与垂直位移变化,分析产生脱轮的原因。分析结果为履带车辆行走系统的设计与优化提供了参考。
Based on the multi-body dynamic simulation software Recurdyn subsystem’s high mobility track (Track) HM, a virtual prototype model of a crawler track system is established. The dynamics of high-speed driving on complex road surface is analyzed. Simulation, according to the track and roller track during the horizontal and vertical displacement changes, analyze the reasons for the emergence of off the wheel. The results provide a reference for the design and optimization of crawler walking system.
