目的建立分光光度法测定工作场所空气中硫化氢的方法。方法工作场所空气中硫化氢用多孔玻板吸收管采集,与硝酸银反应生成黄褐色硫化银胶体溶液,紫外可见分光光度计比色定量。结果本方法在0~20.0 g硫化氢标准系列范围内线性良好,线性相关系数r≥0.999,方法检出限为0.06 g/mL,最低检出浓度为0.08 mg/m3(以采集7.5 L空气样品计),相对标准偏差为4.97%~8.16%,回收率为94.9%~97.4%。结论该方法准确度高,已用于实际样品的检测。
Objective To establish a spectrophotometric method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in the workplace. Methods Hydrogen sulfide in the air of the workplace was collected with a glass pipette and reacted with silver nitrate to form a tan-colored silver sulfide colloidal solution. The color of the UV-visible spectrophotometer was quantified. Results The method showed a good linearity within the standard range of 0-20.0 g H2S, with a linear correlation coefficient r ≥ 0.999. The detection limit was 0.06 g / mL and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.08 mg / m3 (for 7.5 L air samples The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 4.97% to 8.16%. The recoveries ranged from 94.9% to 97.4%. Conclusion The method is accurate and has been used in the actual sample testing.
