借助缝植于胃窦部的应力传感器,对清醒狗胃窦收缩运动进行记录,观察侧脑室微量注射生长抑素后对胃运动的影响。实验结果发现侧脑室注射0.05μg生长抑素,可促使胃窦收缩运动明显增强,这种增强效应主要表现在收缩波振幅的增强,而收缩波数目无明显变化,在给药后的1小时内,胃窦平均收缩波振幅较给药前增加了42.42±10%。外周静脉灌流阿托品可阻断生长抑素的这种作用,表明生长抑素的中枢作用经胆碱能神经纤维传出。
The contractile motion of gastric antrum in awake dogs was recorded by means of the stress sensor sewn to the antrum, and the effect of somatostatin on gastric motility after microinjecting into the lateral ventricle was observed. Experimental results showed that intracerebroventricular injection of 0.05μg somatostatin can promote gastric antrum contractility increased significantly, the enhancement effect mainly in the amplitude of contractile wave enhanced, while no significant change in the number of contractile wave within 1 hour after administration , The average amplitude of gastric antrum contraction wave increased 42.42 ± 10% before administration. Peripheral venous atropine can block somatostatin this effect, indicating that the central role of somatostatin through the cholinergic nerve fibers.
