结合各方面的研究,太极拳对中枢神经系统、消化系统、心脏血管及呼吸系统都有正面的影响。较为具体的讲法是,它可以降血压、降胆固醇、提升体内物质代谢、延缓关节退化及改善骨质疏松的现象等等。但是这些优点其他运动都能达致,非太极拳所独有。从生理角度看,人有四肢和关节,自然就有活动四肢和关节的需要。所以,当我们说太极拳具备“流水不腐,户枢不朽”的养生效应时,其实我们并没有针对性地说明太极拳养生的玄机。那么,究竟什么才是太极拳养生的元素呢?那就让我们从“柔”的概念来看看太极拳的养生效应吧。

Therefore, when we say that taijiquan possesses the health effects of “flowing water is not rotten and household pivot immortality”, in fact, we did not specifically explain the essence of tai chi health. So, what exactly is the element of Tai Chi health? Then let us look at the health effects of Taiji from the concept of “soft”.
