利用扫描电镜、X射线能谱分析仪和金相显微镜 ,观察和分析了大庆油田破断油管断口各部位的腐蚀情况 .在裂纹源部位没有观察到由腐蚀作用萌生的裂纹 ;在多数断口的扩展区没有观察到明显的腐蚀迹象 ,而且腐蚀性元素S的质量分数不高 ;对油管的微裂纹进行金相观察并对其尖端做能谱分析 ,发现微裂纹是穿晶扩展的 ,其尖端只含有少量的腐蚀性元素S .结果表明 ,对于大庆油田的井下油水介质环境来说 ,腐蚀对疲劳裂纹的形成不起明显作用 ,只对裂纹的扩展有一定的加速作用 .
Using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray energy spectrum analyzer and metallographic microscope, we observed and analyzed the corrosion of all parts of the broken tubing in Daqing Oilfield.No cracks were observed in the source of the crack caused by corrosion; in the extension of most of the fracture No obvious signs of corrosion were observed and the mass fraction of corrosive element S was not high. Meticulous observation of the micro-cracks in the tubing and energy spectrum analysis of the tip showed that the microcracks were transgranular expansion with the tip only containing A small amount of corrosive element S. The results show that for the downhole oil-water media environment in Daqing Oilfield, corrosion does not play a significant role in the formation of fatigue cracks, but only accelerates the propagation of cracks.
