制备了Pd-Au复合纳米粒子修饰玻碳电极(Pd-Au/GCE),研究了芦丁在Pd-Au/GCE修饰电极上的电化学行为,该修饰电极对芦丁的电化学氧化有明显的催化作用。用循环伏安法(CV)对芦丁进行了测定,其氧化峰电流与芦丁的浓度在2.5×10-6~7.5×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9971,检出限(S/N=3)为1.0×10-7。方法可用于市售芦丁片中芦丁含量的测定,标准加入法的回收率在87.7%~103.1%之间。
