目的:探讨宣发膜原法对免疫性关节炎(痹证)小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:运用Ⅱ型胶原免疫所致小鼠关节炎作为中医痹证动物模型,用过原饮作为宣发膜原法的代表方,对痹证小鼠给药前后关节炎发病程度,血清抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体、IgM型类风湿性因子、淋巴结细胞产生白细胞介素10(IL-10)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)分别用记分法和免疫酶标法进行了检测。结果:宣发膜原法能推迟小鼠关节炎的发病时间,降低发病率,降低小鼠血清抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG1水平和IgG2a+IgG2b与IgG1的比值,降低淋巴细胞产生IFN-γ的水平,提高其产生IL-10的能力。结论:宣发膜原法不仅能抑制小鼠对Ⅱ型胶原的免疫反应,同时能调节小鼠对Ⅱ型胶原的免疫反应。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of the original method of Xuanfa Membrane on immune function in immunological arthritis (Zhan syndrome) mice. METHODS: Type II collagen-induced mouse arthritis was used as an animal model of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. The original drink was used as the representative method of the original method of provocative membrane, and the degree of arthritis before and after the administration of the alfalfa syndrome was evaluated. Serum anti-II Type I collagen antibodies, IgM rheumatoid factors, and lymph node cells produced interleukin 10 (IL-10) and gamma-interferon (IFN-γ), respectively, by scoring and immunoenzymatic labeling. RESULTS: The proscal membrane method can delay the onset time of arthritis in mice, reduce the incidence, reduce the serum anti-type II collagen antibodies IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG1 levels and the ratio of IgG2a+IgG2b to IgG1, and reduce the production of IFN-γ by lymphocytes. The level increases its ability to produce IL-10. Conclusion: The original method of hair mask can not only inhibit the immune response of mice to type II collagen, but also regulate the immune response of mouse to type II collagen.
