随着我国医疗卫生体制改革踏入新的时期,医学生应遵守的行为准则、身处的医疗环境、接受的教育模式都对医学生的社会责任感提出了新的要求。调查显示,具有社会责任感是当前医学生的主流趋势,但是也有部分医学生由于种种原因存在着社会责任感缺失的问题。为此,高校党组织要从课堂教育、社会实践和校园文化三个层次入手,使医学生在从理性认知到情感认同再到持续适应的心理变化过程中,培养强烈的社会责任感。
With the reform of China’s medical and health system entering a new period, the medical students should comply with the code of conduct, the medical environment in which they live, and the accepted modes of education all set new demands on the social responsibility of medical students. Survey shows that social responsibility is the mainstream of current medical students trends, but there are also some medical students for some reason there is the lack of social responsibility issues. To this end, the party organizations in colleges and universities should start from the three levels of classroom education, social practice and campus culture, so that medical students can cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility in the course of psychological changes from rational cognition, emotional identification to sustainable adaptation.
