随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,企业改革不断深入,我国的企业面临的市场竞争力愈来愈激烈。尤其是企业面临的财务风险越来越大。因此,如何加强财务管理,提高企业的生存和发展能力,是摆在当前我国企业的一个重要问题。本文主要从化工企业入手,简略地指出化工企业在财务管理中存在的一些问题,以及提出化工企业对加强财务管理的对策,以着力提升企业市场竞争力,实现高水平的经济效益。
With the continuous development of China’s socialist market economy and the continuous deepening of enterprise reform, the market competitiveness of Chinese enterprises is increasingly fierce. In particular, the financial risks facing enterprises are getting bigger and bigger. Therefore, how to strengthen financial management and improve the ability of enterprises to survive and develop is an important issue that is placed in the current Chinese enterprises. This article mainly starts with chemical enterprises, briefly points out some problems existing in chemical companies’ financial management, and puts forward some countermeasures for chemical enterprises to strengthen their financial management so as to enhance their market competitiveness and achieve a high level of economic benefits.
