<正> 目前糖分的测定方法常用的是蒽酮分光光度计法。此法虽操作简便,但有许多不足之处,如显色反应受硫酸浓度、显色温度、显色时间等因素影响其准确度。为此,我们采用气相色谱仪对糖进行测定,避免了上述操作的缺陷,并具样品传递速度快、选择性强、灵敏度高、分析速度快等优点。
