最近,某供电公司为了加强营销人员的法律意识,在营销人员中进行了一次有关供电营业规则的内部考试。结果表明,供电营销人员的法律知识非常欠缺,急需在法律知识方面进行充电。这次考试有一道题要求回答供电企业对已受理的用电申请,应在多长期限内正式书面通知用户。这是最起码的供电营销业务常识,但回答错误的占参加考试总人数的29%。
