运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对辽宁省普通高校体育教育专业教师数量、性别、职称、学历、学缘、任教时间、外聘数量、硕导数量7个基本现状进行了调查与分析,以期为体育教育专业教师发展提供理论参考。研究发现:1)女性教师较少,师生数量比欠佳;2)职称分布相对合理,硕士以上学历教师数量偏少;3)学缘结构欠合理,本校毕业教师数量较多,学科(专业)结构合理;4)高教龄教师多,年轻教师较少,外聘教师数量过少,硕导数量分布不均。建议:1)引进优秀师资,协调性别组成;2)完善职称晋升,提升学历水平;3)改善学缘结构,丰富学科人才;4)促成以老带新,增加外教硕导。
Through literature review, expert interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper investigated and analyzed seven basic conditions of physical education teachers in Liaoning Province, such as quantity, gender, job title, education background, study date, teaching time, number of outsourcing, , In order to provide theoretical reference for the development of PE teachers. The research found that: 1) fewer female teachers and less number of teachers and students; 2) the distribution of titles is relatively reasonable, the number of teachers with master’s degree or above is less; 3) the structure of learning edge is not reasonable, ) Structure is reasonable; 4) more senior teachers, fewer young teachers, the number of external teachers is too small, uneven distribution of the master. Suggestions: 1) to introduce excellent teachers, to coordinate gender composition; 2) to improve the promotion of professional titles to enhance academic qualifications; 3) to improve academic structure, enrich academic personnel;
