目的观察一种二氧化氯空气消毒机的杀菌效果。方法采用空气撞击式采样器采样和细菌定量检测方法,对该二氧化氯空气消毒机杀灭空气细菌的效果进行了实验室和现场试验。结果在气雾室内常温常湿下,启动该二氧化氯空气消毒机工作30 min,空气中二氧化氯浓度为107 mg/m3,对空气中人工染白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率均为100%。在现场房间内启动该二氧化氯空气消毒机作用30 min,空气中二氧化氯浓度为21.45 mg/m3,对室内空气中自然菌平均消除率为93.86%。结论该二氧化氯空气消毒机与配套的二氧化氯消毒剂气化状态下具有有良好的杀菌效果。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of a chlorine dioxide air disinfection machine. Methods Air impact sampling and bacterial quantitative detection methods were used to test the effect of chlorine dioxide air disinfection machine to kill airborne bacteria. Results In the aerosol room at room temperature and humidity, start the chlorine dioxide air disinfection machine work 30 min, the concentration of chlorine dioxide in the air was 107 mg / m3, the killing rate of Artificial Staphylococcus aureus in the air were 100% . The chlorine dioxide air disinfection machine was started in the room for 30 min, the concentration of chlorine dioxide in air was 21.45 mg / m3, and the average elimination rate of natural bacteria in indoor air was 93.86%. Conclusion The chlorine dioxide air disinfection machine and supporting chlorine dioxide disinfectant gasification has a good bactericidal effect.
