预制装配式混凝土结构目前应用越来越广泛,但也暴露出一些质量通病。以往主要关注构件在施工后期吊装过程中的质量问题,往往会忽略预制构件在施工前期中因生产工艺不当影响外观或运输安放过程中因加固措施不当导致的构件裂缝、破坏等质量问题。本文主要从混凝土生产工艺、脱模、运输及合理堆放等方面,研究分析如何在预制装配式构件生产过程中改善混凝土制品的外观,在构件及运输安放过程中避免损坏。
Prefabricated concrete structures are currently used more and more widely, but also revealed some common quality problems. In the past, the main concern in the late construction of the hoisting process of quality problems, often overlooked in the pre-construction of prefabricated parts due to improper production processes affect the appearance or transport during installation due to improper reinforcement caused by cracks, damage and other quality problems. In this paper, we mainly study how to improve the appearance of concrete products in the production of prefabricated fabricated components, and avoid damage during the placement of components and transport from the aspects of concrete production process, mold release, transportation and reasonable stacking.
