目前高速公路桥梁由于上跨既有建筑物或河流,悬灌法施连续梁跨度不断增大。悬灌法施工的连续梁、连续刚构0#块托架的稳定性、安全性尤为重要。结合简蒲高速公路岷江特大桥(72+130+72)m连续梁,研究安全可靠稳定的托架结构设计方案。并建立有限元模型,研究选取合理参数,计算托架各构件的安全稳定性,解决大跨高墩连续梁0#块设计施工难题。
At present, due to the bridge over the existing buildings or rivers on the bridge, suspended continuous casting method applied to the span of continuous increase. Hanging irrigation construction of continuous beams, continuous rigid frame 0 # bracket stability, safety is particularly important. Combined with the 72 + 130 + 72 m continuous beam of Minjiang River Super Large Bridge on Jianpu Highway, the safe and reliable design of the bracket structure is studied. And the finite element model is established. The reasonable parameters are selected to calculate the safety and stability of each component of the bracket, so as to solve the design and construction problems of 0 # block of continuous beam with large span piers.
