In this paper, we study the relationship between serum diacetaldehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) and hyperlipidemia in diabetic patients. The results showed that: the content of MDA in diabetic patients increased, while the activity of SOD and GSH Px decreased. When combined with hyperlipidemia, the increase and decrease were more obvious, which were significantly different from those in normal group (P <0.01) . The incidence of vascular lesions in diabetic hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher than that in normal blood lipid group (P <0.01). Tip in clinical control of blood sugar, correct hyperlipidemia and stop the lipid peroxidation damage is the key to prevent vascular lesions.
