心理契约作为维系团队成员与团队之间关系的心理纽带,在团队建设中具有重要作用。文章通过对514名大学创新团队成员的问卷调查,探讨了团队成员心理契约的构成。研究发现,大学创新团队成员的心理契约符合三维度模型,心理契约中的“团队责任”包括达成绩效、支持发展和关心生活;“成员责任”包括团队维护、主动奉献和遵守规范。在此基础上,采用结构方程模型检验相互责任的内部关系,研究结果显示“团队责任”对“成员责任”产生交叉影响。
As a psychological bond to maintain the relationship between team members and teams, psychological contract plays an important role in team building. The paper discusses the composition of team members’ psychological contract through a questionnaire survey of 514 university innovation team members. The study finds that the psychological contract of university innovation team members conforms to the three-dimensional model. The “team responsibility” in the psychological contract includes achievement of performance, support for development and care for life; “member responsibility” includes team maintenance, active dedication and compliance . On this basis, the structural equation model was used to test the internal relations of mutual responsibilities, and the results showed that “team responsibility” had a cross-impact on “member responsibility ”.
