干扰条件下列车运行实时调整是高速铁路非正常情况下调度指挥工作的重要任务。本文对高速铁路线路因故障导致某区间能力全失效时如何实时调整列车运行问题,从宏观层面将列车运行抽象为由事件和活动构成的网络,建立列车运行实时调整混合整数线性规划模型。该模型结构紧凑,利用商业优化软件可直接求解中小规模问题。为进一步求解大规模问题,根据其特点,设计两阶段求解算法,加快速度。最后,以京沪高速铁路为背景构建算例,测试求解能力。结果表明,与现场采用的调整策略相比,可明显减小干扰对列车运行的影响。
The real-time adjustment of train operation under the interference condition is an important task of dispatching command under the abnormal situation of high-speed railway. In this paper, how to adjust the train operation problem in real time when all the high-speed railway lines fail due to fault can not be realized. The train operation is abstracted from the macroscopic level to a network composed of events and activities, and a real-time adjustment mixed integer linear programming model of train operation is established. The model has a compact structure and can be solved directly by the software of commercial optimization. In order to further solve large-scale problems, according to its characteristics, design two-stage solving algorithm to speed up. Finally, based on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as a background to build an example to test the ability to solve. The results show that compared with the adjustment strategy adopted in the field, the impact of the disturbance on the train operation can be obviously reduced.
