当前,我国各种水库、大坝等水利工程建设日益频繁,对我国农业经济的发展起到了巨大了的推进作用。但是,水利工程是一把双刃剑,它一方面在为农业生产带来便利,为民生带来好处的同时,另一方面也因为工程自身可能存在的隐患问题,给农业生产造成了一定的阻碍和经济损失。因此,加强水库、大坝等水利工程的管理维护力度,增加和延长其使用寿命是相关管理人员应当重视的问题。本文主要讨论了水库工程发生病害和垮坝问题的主要原因以及水库病害与垮坝的关系,并针对其病害、垮坝形成的原因进行了详细的分析和研究,提出了相应的处理和解决措施。
At present, all kinds of reservoirs, dams and other water conservancy projects in our country are being built more and more frequently, which has played a tremendous impetus role in the development of China’s agricultural economy. However, water conservancy project is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it brings convenience to agricultural production and brings benefits to people’s livelihood. In this paper, the main causes of the disease and collapse of reservoirs are discussed, and the relationship between reservoir diseases and collapse is discussed. The causes of the diseases and the collapse of the dam are analyzed and studied in detail, and the corresponding measures and solutions are put forward .
