目的:探讨有氧健身操对大学生睡眠质量的影响。方法:采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷,对广州大学183名大学生进行测试。结果:进行有氧健身操训练的大学生的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数明显小于对照组的大学生(P<0.05)。结论:有氧健身操能有效改善大学生的睡眠质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of aerobics on the quality of sleep in college students. Methods: The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire was used to test 183 college students in Guangzhou University. Results: The Pittsburgh sleep quality index of college students aerobics training was significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Aerobics can effectively improve college students’ sleep quality.
