调查研究是贯彻党的思想路线、密切联系群众、为领导提供决策服务的一种基本方式;随着科学发展观的落实,它显得更为重要。通过长期实践,笔者认为要搞好基层的调研工作,应当抓住“四个关键”。 The investigation and study are a basic way to carry out the party’s ideological line, keep in close contact with the masses and provide leadership and decision-making services. With the implementation of the scientific concept of development, it is even more important.
