介绍了大扭矩螺杆钻具结构和尺寸设计方面的主要思路,以及钻具关键部分的设计校核依据。采用Solidworks Simulation对钻具受力情况建立数学模型进行分析,得出的结果满足设计要求,并对钻具实际设计效果进行了现场检验。
The main ideas of structure and dimension design of large torque screw drilling tools are introduced, and the design and verification basis of key parts of drilling tools are introduced. Solidworks Simulation was used to analyze the stress distribution of the drilling tool. The results obtained meet the design requirements and verified the actual design of the drilling tool on site.
