欧洲议会工业委员会11日投票决定,就欧盟的生物燃料目标设限,削减欧盟从粮食中获取生物燃料的比例。欧盟委员会今年年初公布有关能源和应对气候变化的一揽子方案,规定欧盟到2020年把生物燃料在公路交通能耗中所占比例提高到10%。方案需得到欧盟理事会和欧洲议会批准。
On the 11th, the European Parliament’s industrial committee voted to cut the EU’s target for biofuels to cut the EU’s bid for biofuels from food. Earlier this year, the European Commission announced a package of proposals on energy and climate change that will require the EU to increase the share of biofuels in road traffic by 10% by 2020. The program needs to be approved by the EU Council and the European Parliament.
