目的探讨低浓度苯对外周血常规指标的影响。方法对某大型汽车制造产业涂装车间781名工人和同企业焊装车间603名工人进行一般情况调查和血常规测定,并对接触组中均参加2010年和2014年职业健康检查的262名人员血常规指标进行比较。结果 1车间空气各监测点苯浓度均<0.6 mg/m3,低于国家职业接触限值。2接触组与对照组相比,除中间细胞计数接触组高于对照组外,其余各项血常规指标均无差异(P>0.05)。3将接触组按照工龄长短分为<1 a(343人),1~3 a(152人),4~6 a(177人),>6 a(109人)4组,除工龄>6 a年组淋巴细胞计数明显低于工龄<1 a组外,其余各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。4将2010—2014年的血常规结果对比分析,2014年红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、淋巴细胞计数明显高于2010年,其余各项指标均无差异(P>0.05)。结论未发现<5 a短时间接触低浓度苯作业可引起血常规指标的改变。
Objective To investigate the effect of low concentration of benzene on the routine indexes of peripheral blood. Methods A total of 781 workers in a large-scale automotive manufacturing coating shop and 603 workers in a welding shop of the same company were surveyed for general conditions and blood tests, and 262 workers in the contact group who participated in the occupational health examination in 2010 and 2014 Blood indicators were compared. Results 1 The benzene concentrations in the monitoring points of the workshop air were all less than 0.6 mg / m3, lower than the national occupational exposure limit. Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in the other blood routine indexes (P> 0.05) except that the contact count of the middle cell count group was higher than that of the control group. 3 The contact group was divided into 4 groups according to the length of service: <1 year (343 persons), 1 ~ 3 years (152 persons), 4 ~ 6 months (177 persons) and> 6 years The lymphocyte count of the group was significantly lower than that of the group of <1 year of labor, but there were no significant differences among the other indexes (P> 0.05). 4 Comparing the blood routine results from 2010 to 2014, the red blood cell count, hemoglobin content and lymphocyte count in 2014 were significantly higher than those in 2010, and there was no difference in other indicators (P> 0.05). Conclusions No short-term exposure to low-concentration benzene at <5 a was found to cause changes in blood parameters.
