加入WTO后,随着中国产业结构和对外开放格局的变化,日本经济结构调整和经常收支的变化,以及两国制度的调整,中日两国间将出现微观经济摩擦、宏观经济摩擦、投资摩擦和制度摩擦。由于中日经济摩擦是在经济全球化和信息化的条件下产生的,两国特殊的经贸关系要求解决摩擦必须依靠双方的共同努力。因此,建立中日两国政府间经常性的磋商机制,加强合作与对话,对化解经济摩擦,实现优势互补,保持经济稳定增长具有重要意义。
After China’s accession to the WTO, with the changes in the industrial structure and the pattern of opening up to the outside world, the changes in Japan’s economic structure and its current balance of payments, and the readjustment of the two countries’ systems, there will be micro-economic friction, macroeconomic friction and investment between China and Japan Friction and system friction. Since the Sino-Japanese economic frictions are generated under the conditions of economic globalization and informatization, the special economic and trade relations between the two countries require that the solution to the friction must rely on the joint efforts of both sides. Therefore, the establishment of a regular consultation mechanism between the two governments of China and Japan and the strengthening of cooperation and dialogue will be of great significance in resolving economic frictions, complementing each other’s advantages and maintaining a steady economic growth.
