针对某种煤矿供电高压电路开关屏蔽筒体联接中,螺栓预紧力对筒体法兰的强度影响进行研究;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立筒体法兰的有限元计算模型,采用预紧力单元研究螺栓预紧力对筒体法兰的影响;提取整体结构及螺栓上的应力应变分布图,并根据实际受载工况的随机性,以最大位移和最大应力作为研究指标,进行可靠性分析,为筒体法兰进一步合理的结构设计提供必要的理论指导。
In order to study the influence of bolt pretightening force on the flange strength of a cylinder in the connection and disconnection of shielding shield of high voltage circuit in a coal mine power supply, finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish the finite element model of cylinder flange, The force unit is used to study the influence of bolt pretightening force on the flange of the cylinder. The stress and strain distribution on the whole structure and the bolt are extracted. According to the randomness of the actual loaded condition, the maximum displacement and the maximum stress are taken as the research indexes, For the further reasonable structural design of the cylinder flange provides the necessary theoretical guidance.
