国奥村位于北四环与中轴交汇的国家森林公园旁。近拥680公顷森林公园、122公顷龙形水系,毗邻水立方、鸟巢等奥运主场馆。四通八达的城市交通、森林公园的自然生态、贯彻三大理念的产品设计,使其成为一种崭新生活方式的代表。根据政府“十一五”发展规划,国奥村所在的奥运功能区将形成“一轴两园三区四产业”的发展格局,尤其在08年奥运会结束后,这里将成为北京最大的综合社区,集合工作生活多种功能需求为一体的新城市中心。
