眼下,一些市州正在推行机制体制改革,电台、电视台、有线电视台“三台合一”也基本到位,频率频道的改版如火如荼,一批新栏目呼之欲出,令人欢欣鼓舞、豪情四溢。然而,应该如何科学设置频率频道栏目,如何实现栏目社会效益和经济效益的有机统一?其有关规则值得我们研究探讨。
