制作中药材永久切片,一般都采用石腊包埋切片法。笔者在数年的制作永久切片实践工作中,模索出一种快速制作永久切片的方法。此法与石腊包埋切片法比较,具有制片时间短,所需仪器、器材和化学药剂少,制作过程容易掌握,费用成本低等特点。制成的永久切片完全可以达到显微鉴别和保存的效果,适合于基层中药材质量监督检验部门。一、仪器及药品普通显微镜一台,切片机一台(徒手切片则用剃刀或剃须刀片)。透化剂:水合氯醛;染色剂:番红(或中性红)、
