知识分子如何参加工资分配,至今尚没有独立的理论和方略;在邓小平之前的马克思主义经典理论中也没有现成的答案。邓小平集中思考了这个问题,最终创造性地形成了知识分子分配观。其重要架构是:树立以人为本的理念;创新分类管理的模式;明确按劳分配的导向;凸现智力资本的价值。邓小平的知识分子分配观不仅为实事求是地认识和评价知识分子的历史作用提供了理论方法上的依据,而且也将知识分子的分配提到了新的高度,确实是结合中国实际创造性运用马克思主义的生动实践。经过十几年的检验,邓小平的知识分子分配观已经显示出它的蓬勃生机和理论风采。
How intellectuals participate in the distribution of wages has so far not been an independent theory and strategy; there is no ready-made answer to the classic Marxist theory before Deng Xiaoping. Deng Xiaoping concentrated on this issue and eventually creatively formed the concept of distribution of intellectuals. Its important structure is: to establish the concept of people-oriented; innovative classification management model; a clear distribution of work-oriented orientation; highlights the value of intellectual capital. Deng Xiaoping’s concept of the distribution of intellectuals not only provides a theoretical and methodological basis for understanding and evaluating the historical role of the intellectuals from the perspective of seeking truth from facts, but also brings the allocation of intellectuals to a new height and indeed makes vivid use of Marxism in light of China’s actual conditions practice. After more than a decade of examination, Deng Xiaoping’s concept of the distribution of intellectuals has shown its vigorous vitality and theoretical style.
