校企合作培养“双师型”教师应签订协议,明确学校与企业的权利和义务。学校、企业与教师可以签订书面劳动合同,选择建立全日制用工关系或非全日制用工关系。劳动合同的订立、履行和解除应符合劳动法、劳动合同法的规定。建立全日制用工关系的,学校或企业应为教师办理全部社会保险关系;建立非全日制用工关系的,学校或企业应当为教师办理工伤保险关系和生育保险关系。
School-enterprise cooperation training “double teacher” teachers should sign an agreement, a clear school and business rights and obligations. Schools, businesses and teachers can sign a written labor contract, choose to establish full-time employment relationship or part-time employment relationship. The conclusion, performance and dissolution of a labor contract shall be in conformity with the provisions of the Labor Law and the Labor Contract Law. When establishing a full-time employment relationship, schools or enterprises should handle all social insurance relationships for teachers. When establishing part-time employment relations, schools or enterprises should handle the injury insurance relationship and the maternity insurance relationship for teachers.
