目的研究口腔疣状癌与口腔鳞癌组织基因的差异表达,探讨口腔疣状癌(oralverrucous carcinoma,OVC)与口腔鳞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)的基因学基础。方法应用 cDNA 芯片技术对4例 OVC 和4例 OSCC 组织 mRNA 检测,通过芯片杂交、生物信息学处理,找出两者间差异表达基因。结果 BioStarH-40芯片发现差异表达基因593条,差异表达基因占15.2%,其中表达增强283条(显著增强59条),表达降低310条(显著降低98条)。结论 OVC 与 OSCC 基因表达比较,差异有统计学意义,这些差异可能在各自不同的生物学行为中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the differential gene expression of oral verrucous carcinoma and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) in oral verrucous carcinoma (OVC) and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods cDNA microarray was used to detect the mRNA of 4 cases of ovarian cancer and 4 cases of OSCC tissues. Through chip hybridization and bioinformatics analysis, the differentially expressed genes were identified. Results 593 differentially expressed genes were found in BioStarH-40 chip, accounting for 15.2% of the total, with 283 (significantly increased 59) and 310 (decreased 98) genes. Conclusion There is significant difference between OVC and OSCC gene expression, and these differences may play an important role in their different biological behaviors.
