以某热轧厂φ650钢板轧机人字齿轮轴为研究对象,根据轧钢机人字齿轮轴受交变应力作用,其疲劳破坏极限小于材料强度极限的客观现象,通过对人字齿轮轴在轧制过程中实测数据统计分析及可靠性计算分析证明:可靠性理论强度设计是一种切实可行的方法。
Based on the cogwheel shaft of φ650 steel plate mill in a hot rolling mill, according to the alternating stress of the cogwheel shaft of rolling mill, the fatigue failure limit is less than the objective phenomenon of material strength limit. In the process of statistical analysis of the measured data and reliability calculation and analysis show that: the reliability of theoretical strength design is a practical method.
