按照马克思主义的基本观点,“物质生产方式制约着整个社会生活、政治生活和精神生活的过程。”这是一个不以人的意志为转移的客观规律。党在社会主义市场经济环境下进行活动,党的建设也必然受到市场经济大潮的影响。这种影响既有积极方面,又有消极方面:既有正面效应,又有负面效应;既有促进因素,也有制约因素。正确分析和认识社会主义市场经济给党的建设带来的双重影响,对进一步加强党的建设,保证经济建设的健康发展,具有极为重要的现实意义和历史意义。
According to the basic Marxist viewpoint, “the mode of material production restricts the entire process of social life, political life and spiritual life.” This is an objective law that does not shift from the will of man. As the party carries out its activities under the socialist market economy, party building must also be affected by the tide of the market economy. This kind of impact has both positive and negative aspects: it has both positive and negative effects; it has both promoting and restraining factors. Correctly analyzing and understanding the dual influence brought about by the socialist market economy to party building has extremely important practical and historical significance for further strengthening the building of the party and ensuring the healthy development of economic construction.
