柔性管理是从人性的角度出发,通过调动人内心积极的思想来实现管理的管理理念。体育本身属于贴近生活、人们因兴趣而易积极参与的科目,体育教学应该以人为本,让学生从个人的实际情况出发选择适合的项目进行练习,即非常适合进行柔性管理。但在现实环境下,学校因受多种因素的影响,如教师不具备柔性管理所需要的能力、无论学校或者老师对体育课程的重视程度不够、学校体育设施和场地不足导致学生无法选择合适的体育项目等,而使体育教学在柔性管理方面存在困境。突破此困境的对策有:改善学校的管理机制;加强对体育教师的能力培训,提高其技能水平和沟通能力;改善学校体育设施水平,扩大学生的选择范围;活化体育课程的安排,以兴趣为单位,灵活建立体育课程班集体。
Flexible management is from the human point of view, by mobilizing people’s inner thoughts to achieve the management idea of management. Physical education itself belongs to subjects that are close to life and people are actively involved because of their interests. Physical education should be people-oriented so that students can select appropriate projects for their practice based on their actual situation, which is very suitable for flexible management. However, under realistic circumstances, schools are affected by many factors, such as teachers’ lack of ability to manage flexibly, lack of emphasis on physical education curriculum in schools or teachers, insufficient physical facilities and venues in schools, Sports, etc., making physical education in flexible management difficulties. The measures to break through this dilemma include: improving the school’s management mechanism; strengthening the training of physical education teachers to improve their skills and communication skills; improving the level of physical education facilities in schools and expanding the range of students’ choices; and activating the physical education curriculum with the interest of Units, the flexibility to establish physical education class collective.
