我国私募股权基金已成为多层次资本市场的重要组成部分,完善我国私募股权基金发行的信息披露制度因而意义重大。文章通过对我国私募股权基金发行的信息披露制度进行现状分析,认为目前尚存在着法律体系不完善、披露方式不明确等诸多问题,进而提出构建我国私募股权基金发行信息披露制度的对策性建议。 China’s private equity funds have become an important part of the multi-level capital market. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the information disclosure system of the private equity funds in our country. The article analyzes the status quo of the information disclosure system of the private equity funds issued in our country, and thinks that there are still many problems such as the imperfect legal system and the unclear disclosure methods, and then puts forward the countermeasures to construct the information disclosure system of the private equity funds in our country.
