顺义区共有425个行政村,按照市委统一部署,从今年4月中旬至6月底,除4个村整建制拆迁转居外,其余421个村全部依法完成了第六届村委会换届选举工作,整个过程历时74天。从选举的过程和结果来看,体现五个特点。一是选民参与的积极性高。全区共登记选民311999人,参加投票的占总数92.5%,其中直接投票占85%。二是一次选举成功率高。全区一次选举成功394个村,占总数93.6%。三是“两委”兼职率高。全区“两委”交叉任职干部909人,占总数63.6%,比上届提高10个百分点;其中312个村的支部书记当选为村委会主任,占74.1%,比上届提高14个百分点。这对于加强农村基层政权建设具有积极的意义。四是农村干部职数得到精简。全区比上届减少88人,进一步减轻了农民
